Really Human Resources: Breaking the ATS Cage
Presentation slides and launch of the algorithmic hiring mapping campaign
During the meetings on May 8, 9, and 10, 2026, we officially launched our mapping campaign against automated applicant tracking systems (ATS).
This blog post marks the official launch of the Really Human Resources (Risorse Veramente Umane) campaign during the NINA festival. The Italian equivalent post announces the start of our algorithmic hiring mapping, aiming to build a collective base of resistance by collecting anonymous stories and evidence of automated candidate sorting.
Our ultimate mission is to organize informational workers across every nation in Europe; however, our initial mapping focus groups and localized outreach are presently running in Milan and Rome.
Italian Equivalent Resources & Reporting Channels
Since our physical launch and mapping efforts are situated in Italy, you can access the campaign presentation slides and report forms from the Italian page:
- Project Presentation Slides: Launch slides presenting the campaign’s roadmap (viewable in browser).
- Blow the Whistle on Corporate Automated Screening: Anonymous leak submission channel for employees aware of automated tracking systems in their company.
- Share your candidate screening experience: Anonymous reporting channel for job candidates who suspect they were rejected by algorithmic filters.
